A flavorful and

Family-style and gourmet, the cuisine at Lindiwe Safari Lodge takes into account South African lifestyles: here we eat early and all at the same time because to enjoy a safari or a walk in the bush, this will certainly mean waking up very early!
It's also a pleasant way to get together and share around the bar and the BOMA our emotions of the day and our memorable memories of the activities we just experienced!
South African dining is meant to reflect the country's image: generous, rich, and flavorful! It's not haute cuisine, but rather cuisine that plays with the country's ultra-fresh produce and answers a simple question: will there be enough for those curious about African gastronomy?

as a highlight, two evenings per week which highlight the famous Braai !

Around the Boma
The aperitif, on the other hand, remains a very French specialty, which you can experience from 5:30 p.m. until... 6:59 p.m.!
Lunch
From 12 p.m.
At lunchtime, the restaurant slows down because you'll probably be out and about! For those who want to stay and relax by the pool or with a good book around the boma, snacks are available, which you can pre-order according to your preferences.
dinner
From 7:00 p.m.
South Africa is indeed a master when it comes to grilled meats.
