The perfect way to experience the bush in its most natural form.
Leaving the stables, we enter the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate for a safari like no other. No engine noise, only the clip-clop of hooves, as we search for animals as we wind through the African bush.
The area is home to giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, waterbuck, nyalas, impalas, kudu, steenbok, duikers, warthogs and leopards to name a few, however, the chances of seeing all of these can never be guaranteed, but it is the anticipation of what is around the next corner that makes the bush so exciting.
The trail follows a river course that includes two dams, where you can hope to see a variety of game quenching their thirst. Whether you're a birdwatcher, an animal lover, or simply here for a stroll, a horseback trail is the perfect way to experience the bush in its most natural form.

Only cash or bank transfer.
2 trails: (prices "from" and subject to change)
• 1 hour trail:
R 450.00 per person for 2 or more
R 550.00 for a single rider
• 2-hour ride:
R600.00 per person for 2 or more people
R700.00 for a single rider
Up to 10 people per trail.
IMPORTANT:
• Unfortunately, the weight limit is 85 kg.
• The minimum age is 6 years old and the maximum age is 65. However, exceptions will be made based on your driving experience.
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and long pants or jeans.
