La restauration en Afrique du Sud se veut à l'image du pays : généreuse, riche et goûteuse ! Pas de grande cuisine mais une cuisine qui joue avec les produits ultra frais du pays et qui répond à une question simple : y en aura-t'il assez pour les curieux de la gastronomie africaine ?
Familiale et gourmande, la cuisine du Lindiwe Safari Lodge tient compte des modes de vie sud-africains : ici on mange tôt et tous à la même heure car pour profiter d'un safari ou d'une ballade dans le bush, cela voudra certainement dire un réveil ultra matinal !
C'est aussi une façon agréable de se retrouver tous ensemble et partager autour du bar et du boma nos émotions de la journée et nos souvenirs marquants des activités à peine vécues !
The gastronomy in South Africa is like the Country : generous - rich and tasty! No fine cuisine but a cuisine that plays with the ultra fresh products of the country and that answers a simple question: will there be enough for the curious of the African gastronomy ?
Familial and yummy Lindiwe Safari Lodge's cuisine respect South African lifestyles: here we eat early and all at the same time. The reason? To enjoy a safari or a walk in the bush that will suppose an ultra morning wake-up !
It is also a nice way to meet all together and share around the bar and the boma our emotions of the day and our memories of activities just lived !
Les Menus sont à découvrir au dernier moment et nous mettons à l'honneur la cuisine locale avec, en point d'orgue, deux soirées par semaine qui mettent en avant les célèbres Braai !
L'Afrique du Sud est en effet un maître en la matière pour tout ce qui est cuisson de viandes grillées au feu de bois ! Pour nos amis moins carnivores, des plats végétariens pourront être proposés si cela nous est demandé par avance.
Le soir nous vous accueillons donc dès 19 h pour commencer le dîner ! L'apéro quant à lui reste une spécialité bien française, que vous pourrez expérimenter dès 17 h 30 jusqu'à... 18 h 59 !
Le midi le restaurant tourne au ralenti car vous serez certainement en vadrouille ! Pour ceux et celles qui voudront rester à se prélasser devant la piscine ou avec un bon livre autour du Boma, il vous sera proposé du snacking à pré-réserver selon vos envies.

South Africa is a master in this area for everything that is cooking grilled meat over a wood fire indeed ! For our less carnivorous friends, vegan dishes will be proposed if requested in advance.
In the evening we welcome you from 7 pm to start the dinner ! An aperitive is a French specialty you can experience from 5:30 pm to 6:59 pm !
For lunch the restaurant is idling because you will certainly on Safari ! For those who want to stay lounging in front of the pool or with a good book around the Boma, you will be offered snacking : don't forget to pre-book for it !
