The elephant
A unique site dedicated to “Ambassadors Elephants".
Take the opportunity to meet the elephant “ambassadors” – three of the 16 elephants, namely Jabulani, Sebakwe and Somopane, selected to represent the Jabulani herd as they are sociable and genuinely enjoy being around guests.
This initial interaction provides insight into the elephants’ unique relationship with their carers and a chance to obtain interesting information on the biology and history of the elephants over the past twenty years.
They are always ready and waiting for you to feed them their favourite treats !!!

Standard Entrance Fees:
Arrive at 6:00 a.m. and drive through the Kapama Game Reserve Main Entrance via the R40 between Hoedspruit and Klaserie. Follow the signs for the Elephant Sanctuary to the Elephant Experience. The gravel road crosses the reserve and takes approximately 20 minutes. The Elephant Experience begins at 6:25 a.m.
